Will Marape Government Survive the Looming VoNC?

Come 09th December 2020, if Papua New Guinea Supreme Court is in favour of Former Prime Minister, Member for Ialibu Pangia & Leader of PNC Party Honorable Mr. Peter O'Niell, which is highly likely; Marape's Government will not survive because of following factors.

1. Separation of Sheep from Goat
This is poorly manufactured slogan. What he's saying here is? Mr. Marape and his government, especially MPs with him at Loloata camp are Mr. Clean;  Mr. Holy, Mr. Light (etc.).

So, how do you expect the darkness to come in term with light or holy to unholy.

I just hope Mr. Marape is keeping to his words through his actions and you know what those MPs in both side of the house knows him better than I do.

So, public do you believe in Mr. Marape's slogan of Mr. Clean? You have your own say on this.

2.Bring it on in the battlefield, kill me and get it but my fight will be Carry on by others young Soliders.

Such speech is unbecoming of a person sitting on the seat of Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea. This is the least emotionalized statement not fitting to the office of Prime Minister's Chair.

A statement like this is very dangerous to the security of this country. Mr. Marape irresponsible statement merely sending shocking waves into the spine of business houses in Papua New Guinea, new investors and peace loving people of this country.

The parliament house is not a battlefield like Tari/Pori electorate where tribal fight is norm.

In the houseman of Hlhighlands culture; leadlea are the last peopeo to touch weapons. The leaders do not put weapons in the hands of youyou. They control their emotions but use their thinking intelligence to cause peace in the community.

The leaders from both house, government and opposition will not feel well with such lower level of uncivilized statement from a standing of a Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea.

3.Arrest & intimation of National leaders at wrong time.

This is last political survival weapon of James Marape's Government. Don't you think that this is smartest political strategic.

According to social media posts, the national parliament Speaker was intimated, if he fail  to recall the parliament, he would be arrested by Police.

Hon. Sam Basil and others MPs have been referred to law enforcing authorities and many names of MPs are on their arrest list.

Some Government MPs are  kept in Loloata hotel with fear as a driving factor. Mr. Marape's Government is treating ALL the mandated leaders as his kids/children and keeping them at Loloata Island under the wipe of arrest and fear.

4.No National Policy Direction

Mr. Marape Government has no national policy roadmap where public funds can be used objectively but work on his DNA. The shopping list he has is not properly vetted by highly placed government technical team. Many finance laws have come under is knife, a very bad precedence.

5.Poorly managed Pogera issues

In Huli culture, if you touch a visitor to their home, you're simply touching the owner of a home. This is so true to Papua New Guinea society.

The Pogera-Barrick is our Visitor and spent 30 years in our home. Without thinking, Mr. Marape poorly discharge not Huli culture but his cousin's attitude without knowing the imapct he will cause to the economic of this country.

Mr. Marape you have suffered my children; they're removed from schools; no food on the table and list goes on...but your children are safe. Thank you Mr. Prime Minister.

6. Opposition group a Co-operate Greedy

This is poorly designed slogan version of M. Marape. Your Government have placed lots of companies under fear on top of COD19 fear. You're becoming number one enemy to business houses operating in Papua New Guinea. Many businesses are cutting down overhead cost, no new investment, not spending money, no emplyment, companies are closing the operations and employees are on termination list for any small error.

7. Poorly managed COD19 Response

In the pretext of COD19, Government have missused public funds. For example; k10.2million giving to what public termed as K2 company. You never consulted the health minister on this matter which former health minister has revealed after he break away from Government.

8. Police Minister

Rewarding Byran Kramer with Police minister to a person who did not vote in your Government and then facilitating him to be the centre of your Government, don't you think, you hurt lots of MPs.

The initial opposition number was 57, Government was 39. Do you think that your Government is intact. Currently James Marape's is building his government on sand. Once the parliament convene after supreme Court ruling, MPs will move to opposition and Prime Minister will be Standing with Skelton structure in the house, a sad day for Mr. Marape is coming. (I withhold some MPs likely to move to Opposition on the floor of Parliament.

Good luck opposition and Government in coming days.

Prime Minister James Marape facing Vote of No Confidence Challenge Come November 2020

The Papua New Guinea Parliament sits on calendar month November, each year to pass the National Budget. The November sitting is also the last sitting of any given year, thus the Leader of Business suspend the Parliament and propose for following year sitting.

Social media is swamped with possible Vote of No Confidence against Prime Minister James Marape. Few notable is from Opposition Leader Belden Namah who is positive about the Vote of No Confidence. From reliable source within the opposition camp said “all is well”, we’re set for the day”.

While Honorable Minister for Police post on his facebook in a detail article about the likely scenario with little room for opposition.

According to Honorable Police Minister, Vote of No Confidence is unlikely to happen during November sitting due to following reasons:

Prime Minister James Marape was elected on May 2019 and his grace period expires on 30th November 2020, which means the Parliament will sit from 10-24th November 2020 which is within the grace period. Also the November sitting will be locked down for 2021 National Budget and Parliament will not entertain Vote of No Confidence.

The Opposition Leader’s Court against on the legality of Prime Minister James’ election, which he said would be in favor of government and likely decision will be early next year, 2021.

Opposition is highly unlikely to secure the require number to block the National Budget which government is confidence of maintaining its number pass through the budgets passage.

He further said there won’t be any Vote of No Confidence come November 2020.

However, the opposition camp is confident of moving the Vote of No Confidence against Prime Minister. Why, there is so much fire in the opposition camp.

Following scenario is likely to occur during November sitting of the Parliament. The Opposition camp is likely to secure magic number 56. If that game plan works well for the opposition, during the first day sitting of the Parliament, they will suspend the Parliament Standing Order.

Once the Parliament Standing Order is suspended, Speaker will ask for the nomination of new Prime Minister.

Honorable Minister for Police deliberately omitted this option that is available to the members of Opposition, which he thinks that opposition is incapable of securing magic 56.

The field is leveled, albeit, the government has upper hand. The country will wittiness who will be the political tycoon, in other words, a smartest politican in Papua New Guinea politics come November 2020.

Crime in Western highlands...a torture & murder of a woman

This is a story of a health worker who was brutally tortured and murdered by western highlands men.

She was born in a loving family. She hails from one of the coastal provinces of Papua New  Guinea.  Her family invested their hard-earned money in her education so that she can enjoy what the world can offer to her and then live to a ripe age.

Her parents told her that she must be a good girl at school and work hard in her schoolwork. So, she took her parental advice with all my heart, and she promise to become health worker to serve the lives of people.

She performed well in her high school exam. So, the PNG government award her scholarship to study health extension course at para medical college, now divine university in Madang Province.

She did not look back, with all the positive vibe from her parents, she did well in her studies and successful graduated with a qualification as a Health Extension Officer.

She got an employment in Western Highlands with division of health as a Health Extension
Officer. She worked very hard to serve the people in that province.

She was still young at that time so she needs a husband who would stay with her for rest of her life. So, she got married to a man from Western Highlander, he was not employed.

She was not paid for some years, as normally happens to new recruits with government payroll system. After waiting patiently for some years, she was back paid all that she has worked since she started serving the people of western highlands.

She brought the happiness of the earning to her husband whom she trusted. They bought a new car. She gave the car key to him so that he could  drives her to and from work. All she worked for was for her husband so that they can rise a new happy family.  She gave all trust to him.

All went well but after he was sitting on driver’s seat, he was having sexual relationship with another woman, while she was at work. Driving her around in her car and feeding her with all she worked for.

This has irritated her and could not control her temper. She bought a pocketknife at the shop and knife down the woman. Th victim was brought to Mount Hagen hospital and die.

She has not relatives there for protection. She tries to hide but couldn’t. Few work colleagues from coastal provinces try looking for her to safe he life but it was in-vain.

She was caught in the trapped of furious western highlands men from her husband’s village including her own husband. The entire community pass death verdict on her, so, the death sentence was pronounced.

The entire village men took their chance rapping her. She was death unconscious and did not realized how many men got sex from her. They all got what they wanted.

After rapping her they chained two of her legs with the chain. The other end was tied to the back of back of a car. They drive around the village in view of entire village while her body was hanging at the back of a car.  All her body torn into pieces.

Then, they chopped her fingers, forearm, her breast nipples, ears, legs one by one while she was still alive and crying in great pain. She suffered one of the worse deaths in Papua New Guinea. Even the man she loved him, took part in the murder of her own wife.
