Former Prime Minister Hon. Peter O'Neill in Deep Silence on 2022 NGE

Former Prime Minister Hon. Peter O’Neill in deep silence on 2022 National General election .This write up is an observation analysis only.

Many political analysts view that the former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill reminds the best contender for the Prime Minister post come 2022. Even the current member of Parliament allied with top political brains.

For this very reason, the government of James Marape is closing Parliament sittings at his will when the idea of vote of no confidence is discussed within the corridor of Waigani.

Hon. Peter O’Neill was not interested for an alternative Prime Minister, because so many unqualified candidates like current deputy prime minister Hon. Sam Basil and others wanting to become Prime Minister. He stood back watched them dancing before his eyes, which he knew they will fail.

He is a smartest businessman, a politician and a strategic thinker. However, following behaviors indicates otherwise.

1.PNC party is not actively searching for potential wining candidates for 2022 national general election.

2.He is not actively discussing the National Economic Fiscal Policies. There are no major political parties currently showing interest to partner with PNC party come 2022 to form the new government.

3.He is not actively engaging in Ialibu/Pangia electorate development issues.

4.He is not in government, as such he is not in control of government systems to easily maneuver for PNC party to come home easily.

5.The political landscape in Ialibu/Pangia seat sets to be a challenging for him, and it won’t be easy for him to win in first count like in the past.

6.The current political landscape does not look good for PNC party to form government come 2022.

7.He is not attending to Wania/Pupus murder tribal issues in his electorate. The Wania/Pupu are his strong base how on earth he's letting them down in their bad time.  Even some leaders texting him or calling him, he is not responding.

8.He did not attend to recent death of late Mr. Fred Yakili, a strong man of Hon. Peter O’Neill.

The current government is taking loan more than his government did. The country is deep death trapped. He sees Marape is getting loan for consumption only, he is not investing in economic stimulating activites like infrastructure.

He has achievement lots of things in his electorate, become Prime Minister for eight years and Member of Parliament for twenty years, improved road infrastructure in his electorate as that’s what people demanded him when he first stood for election in 2002.

He printed lots of trademarks in terms of infrastructure development in Papua New Guinea and the nation called him King of infrastructure.

He still has colorful political career record in Papua New Guinea.

 So,

 1.Will he risk his businesses?
2.Will he risk his colorful political career?

Will he tangle his life into deep current government’s loan death trap?

 These are million-kina question!

We think, Hon. Peter O’Neill is thinking deep about his future political career.

This story is developing so will add more as time and events changes.

The Last Walk with Papa Somare at Ramu Sugar

The Ramu Sugar community came together in one Somare solidarity spirit to farewell Grand Chief Sir Michael Thomas Somare march around Ramu sugar township, which the official program was held at Ramu Valley High School.

More than thousand people took part in the Somare Walk. Despite the blazing heat of the sun, the people truly demonstrate the love for the great leader of ALL time during the official program.

The Ramu Sugar theme is “Wokabaut Wantaim Papa Somare”. It means walking with him to his final resting place.  The Somare hauskrai Committee Chairman Mr. Simon Kange said he must not be left alone in his walk to the final resting place. We too want to be part of his walk until he reach at his final resting place, then, we say goodbye to Papa Somare.

Dr. Lastus Kuniata, one of the Papua New Guinea’s leading scientist and Head of the Department of Research & Development of Ramu New Britain Palm Oil, praise the great work of the founding father of Papua New Guinea.

He said “Somare stood tall to give us independent, bring together thousand tribes together, protected our land, sea and bushes so that we can freely farm it to live on.

The Somare hauskrai Committee Chairman Mr. Simon Kange said no one country in the world have free land like we do. We are indeed blessed by the Vision of the extra ordinary leader.

The community Mr. Jack Bionti and many Speakers encourage our children to carry the light of Somare’s vision of uniting 1000 tribes of Papua New Guinea.

The walk was a success and so was greatly appreciated by the people of Ramu Sugar as their token of appreciation for everything that he has done for this nation. The day ended well with smiles and tears on the people’s faces as they depart to their homes with blessed hearts.

Will Marape Government Survive the Looming VoNC?

Come 09th December 2020, if Papua New Guinea Supreme Court is in favour of Former Prime Minister, Member for Ialibu Pangia & Leader of PNC Party Honorable Mr. Peter O'Niell, which is highly likely; Marape's Government will not survive because of following factors.

1. Separation of Sheep from Goat
This is poorly manufactured slogan. What he's saying here is? Mr. Marape and his government, especially MPs with him at Loloata camp are Mr. Clean;  Mr. Holy, Mr. Light (etc.).

So, how do you expect the darkness to come in term with light or holy to unholy.

I just hope Mr. Marape is keeping to his words through his actions and you know what those MPs in both side of the house knows him better than I do.

So, public do you believe in Mr. Marape's slogan of Mr. Clean? You have your own say on this.

2.Bring it on in the battlefield, kill me and get it but my fight will be Carry on by others young Soliders.

Such speech is unbecoming of a person sitting on the seat of Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea. This is the least emotionalized statement not fitting to the office of Prime Minister's Chair.

A statement like this is very dangerous to the security of this country. Mr. Marape irresponsible statement merely sending shocking waves into the spine of business houses in Papua New Guinea, new investors and peace loving people of this country.

The parliament house is not a battlefield like Tari/Pori electorate where tribal fight is norm.

In the houseman of Hlhighlands culture; leadlea are the last peopeo to touch weapons. The leaders do not put weapons in the hands of youyou. They control their emotions but use their thinking intelligence to cause peace in the community.

The leaders from both house, government and opposition will not feel well with such lower level of uncivilized statement from a standing of a Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea.

3.Arrest & intimation of National leaders at wrong time.

This is last political survival weapon of James Marape's Government. Don't you think that this is smartest political strategic.

According to social media posts, the national parliament Speaker was intimated, if he fail  to recall the parliament, he would be arrested by Police.

Hon. Sam Basil and others MPs have been referred to law enforcing authorities and many names of MPs are on their arrest list.

Some Government MPs are  kept in Loloata hotel with fear as a driving factor. Mr. Marape's Government is treating ALL the mandated leaders as his kids/children and keeping them at Loloata Island under the wipe of arrest and fear.

4.No National Policy Direction

Mr. Marape Government has no national policy roadmap where public funds can be used objectively but work on his DNA. The shopping list he has is not properly vetted by highly placed government technical team. Many finance laws have come under is knife, a very bad precedence.

5.Poorly managed Pogera issues

In Huli culture, if you touch a visitor to their home, you're simply touching the owner of a home. This is so true to Papua New Guinea society.

The Pogera-Barrick is our Visitor and spent 30 years in our home. Without thinking, Mr. Marape poorly discharge not Huli culture but his cousin's attitude without knowing the imapct he will cause to the economic of this country.

Mr. Marape you have suffered my children; they're removed from schools; no food on the table and list goes on...but your children are safe. Thank you Mr. Prime Minister.

6. Opposition group a Co-operate Greedy

This is poorly designed slogan version of M. Marape. Your Government have placed lots of companies under fear on top of COD19 fear. You're becoming number one enemy to business houses operating in Papua New Guinea. Many businesses are cutting down overhead cost, no new investment, not spending money, no emplyment, companies are closing the operations and employees are on termination list for any small error.

7. Poorly managed COD19 Response

In the pretext of COD19, Government have missused public funds. For example; k10.2million giving to what public termed as K2 company. You never consulted the health minister on this matter which former health minister has revealed after he break away from Government.

8. Police Minister

Rewarding Byran Kramer with Police minister to a person who did not vote in your Government and then facilitating him to be the centre of your Government, don't you think, you hurt lots of MPs.

The initial opposition number was 57, Government was 39. Do you think that your Government is intact. Currently James Marape's is building his government on sand. Once the parliament convene after supreme Court ruling, MPs will move to opposition and Prime Minister will be Standing with Skelton structure in the house, a sad day for Mr. Marape is coming. (I withhold some MPs likely to move to Opposition on the floor of Parliament.

Good luck opposition and Government in coming days.

Prime Minister James Marape facing Vote of No Confidence Challenge Come November 2020

The Papua New Guinea Parliament sits on calendar month November, each year to pass the National Budget. The November sitting is also the last sitting of any given year, thus the Leader of Business suspend the Parliament and propose for following year sitting.

Social media is swamped with possible Vote of No Confidence against Prime Minister James Marape. Few notable is from Opposition Leader Belden Namah who is positive about the Vote of No Confidence. From reliable source within the opposition camp said “all is well”, we’re set for the day”.

While Honorable Minister for Police post on his facebook in a detail article about the likely scenario with little room for opposition.

According to Honorable Police Minister, Vote of No Confidence is unlikely to happen during November sitting due to following reasons:

Prime Minister James Marape was elected on May 2019 and his grace period expires on 30th November 2020, which means the Parliament will sit from 10-24th November 2020 which is within the grace period. Also the November sitting will be locked down for 2021 National Budget and Parliament will not entertain Vote of No Confidence.

The Opposition Leader’s Court against on the legality of Prime Minister James’ election, which he said would be in favor of government and likely decision will be early next year, 2021.

Opposition is highly unlikely to secure the require number to block the National Budget which government is confidence of maintaining its number pass through the budgets passage.

He further said there won’t be any Vote of No Confidence come November 2020.

However, the opposition camp is confident of moving the Vote of No Confidence against Prime Minister. Why, there is so much fire in the opposition camp.

Following scenario is likely to occur during November sitting of the Parliament. The Opposition camp is likely to secure magic number 56. If that game plan works well for the opposition, during the first day sitting of the Parliament, they will suspend the Parliament Standing Order.

Once the Parliament Standing Order is suspended, Speaker will ask for the nomination of new Prime Minister.

Honorable Minister for Police deliberately omitted this option that is available to the members of Opposition, which he thinks that opposition is incapable of securing magic 56.

The field is leveled, albeit, the government has upper hand. The country will wittiness who will be the political tycoon, in other words, a smartest politican in Papua New Guinea politics come November 2020.

Crime in Western highlands...a torture & murder of a woman

This is a story of a health worker who was brutally tortured and murdered by western highlands men.

She was born in a loving family. She hails from one of the coastal provinces of Papua New  Guinea.  Her family invested their hard-earned money in her education so that she can enjoy what the world can offer to her and then live to a ripe age.

Her parents told her that she must be a good girl at school and work hard in her schoolwork. So, she took her parental advice with all my heart, and she promise to become health worker to serve the lives of people.

She performed well in her high school exam. So, the PNG government award her scholarship to study health extension course at para medical college, now divine university in Madang Province.

She did not look back, with all the positive vibe from her parents, she did well in her studies and successful graduated with a qualification as a Health Extension Officer.

She got an employment in Western Highlands with division of health as a Health Extension
Officer. She worked very hard to serve the people in that province.

She was still young at that time so she needs a husband who would stay with her for rest of her life. So, she got married to a man from Western Highlander, he was not employed.

She was not paid for some years, as normally happens to new recruits with government payroll system. After waiting patiently for some years, she was back paid all that she has worked since she started serving the people of western highlands.

She brought the happiness of the earning to her husband whom she trusted. They bought a new car. She gave the car key to him so that he could  drives her to and from work. All she worked for was for her husband so that they can rise a new happy family.  She gave all trust to him.

All went well but after he was sitting on driver’s seat, he was having sexual relationship with another woman, while she was at work. Driving her around in her car and feeding her with all she worked for.

This has irritated her and could not control her temper. She bought a pocketknife at the shop and knife down the woman. Th victim was brought to Mount Hagen hospital and die.

She has not relatives there for protection. She tries to hide but couldn’t. Few work colleagues from coastal provinces try looking for her to safe he life but it was in-vain.

She was caught in the trapped of furious western highlands men from her husband’s village including her own husband. The entire community pass death verdict on her, so, the death sentence was pronounced.

The entire village men took their chance rapping her. She was death unconscious and did not realized how many men got sex from her. They all got what they wanted.

After rapping her they chained two of her legs with the chain. The other end was tied to the back of back of a car. They drive around the village in view of entire village while her body was hanging at the back of a car.  All her body torn into pieces.

Then, they chopped her fingers, forearm, her breast nipples, ears, legs one by one while she was still alive and crying in great pain. She suffered one of the worse deaths in Papua New Guinea. Even the man she loved him, took part in the murder of her own wife.

FSV Unit [Police] should rise above GBV by enforcing family protection laws

Papua New Guinea is deeply rooted in Gender Based Violence [GBV]. In the old days, the marriage knots were tied traditionally. Consequently, experienced less family base violence. In the modern days, situation have drastically changed due to changing socioeconomic landscape. In old days, one man married more than 2 wives, but they all lived in harmony under one roof but today, this is unseen, but more violence.

Everyday hundreds of GBV cases are reported at police stations-FSV Unit across the country.
Given the magnitude of cases presented each day, the government of Papua New Guinea have passed Family Protection Act 2013 [FPA], Lukautim Pikinini ACT and National Prevention & Response to Gender Based Violence Act. These laws are there to protect the lives of men, women and children.

To address GBV effective, the government have established an FSV Unit [image F#1] through the office of Police commissioner, purposely to enforce GBV laws.

The FSV Unit is totally responsible for addressing GBV in the country. They must fully execute available laws so that the impact of these laws are felt within the county.

According to source, FSV Unit officers are not applying FPA, instead they are using Interim Protection Order [IPO] or Permanent Order [PO].

The source said the FSV Unit is operating soft approach.  The example of soft approach is when the victim of violence reports the matter to FSV unit; the Officers say this is family issues so go back home and solve it, or ask them to pay compensation, or the victim of violent go back to her husbands or wives and they persuade each other to select the issues at their homes. As a result it weaken the purpose of FPA -Laws. Or in many instance, police lacks logistic support to do their jobs, such excuse is a chronic problem face by police man and women across PNG.

The sources said once the matter is reported to police, its now a police matter and the police should immediately arrest and charge the perpetrator instead of proposing for compensation, settling at home [etc.], issuing of IPO, PO or sending them to Safe House.

FSV Unit should assess every case presented with Risk Assessment Management tool so that they are able to evaluate the level of risk of lives and properties.

If the risk is very high, the perpetrator should be immediately arrested and charged, and if the risk is low, certain provisions in the law can be applied or employ blended approach in dealing with the issues [blended approach means use of government established laws & PNG customary laws to settle the issues].

The source said one of the issues the PNG Constabulary especially FSV Unit facing is the lack of highly skilled qualified manpower. The FSV Unit should be staffed with highly qualified Psychologists, Counselors, Social Welfare officers- Social Works Graduate etc. The source said that lack of skilled manpower can affect the effective implementation of Family Protection Acts.

The source said FV Unit must not concentrate on IPO or PO. Allow other key stakeholders to implement IPO or PO so that FSV Unit can concentrate on application of Family Protection Acts.

Police Commissioner must come down hard on FSV Unit to rise GBV free bar

This newsroom is reliably informed that late Jenelyn Kennedy reported her deteriorating physical, and psychological health conditions which she suffered in 5 solid years at 6-mile Female Sexual Violence [FSV] Unit [Police station]. After hearing her story, they sent her to safe house and told her to get Interim Protection Order [IPO].

The moment late Jenelyn presented her case, the perpetrator or 2nd in commander to Lucifer as he called himself, should have been arrested and charged.

Why FSV Unit did not use Risk Assessment Management tool to define the level of risk to Jenelyn’s life? Why FSV Unit did not use Family Protection Act to deal with this case diligently? Simply sending her to safe house and advising her to get IPO is not good enough job done.

The FSV Unit officers are experienced and knowledgeable people. They are trained as such know their jobs in and out yet come short to Jenelyn’s cases is unacceptable.

She was fragile and weak yet pull herself and walk to your officer to report her case. In her heart, she knew that if her husband finds her reporting him to police, he would infiltrate her fragile physical and psychological body again but stood tall to come to see the authority. She knew that was the safest thing to do, which she did. She openly spoke to you -FSV Unit Officers about her case, yet all went uncared. This is total failure of professional duty of care.

Why FSV Officer did not arrest and charge the perpetrator? What went wrong here? Why the case knowingly slippery through the informed and knowledgeable hands. Was there no enough evidence to execute the arrest and charge him?

Police Commissioner [PC-Imagef#1] must come down hard on the officers’ who deliberate oversight the use of available laws to protect the life of Jenelyn. This is a serious failure by officers, whom we trust them to do their jobs with great care.

The country does not want to see this to repeat. FSV Unit must rise their Uniform and Oath they have signed to SAVE lives above the bar. There is more and more Gender Base Violence [GBV] cases and Police must use the available laws to deal with the issues.

The source said FSV officers executing IPOs and Summons and not using Family Protection Act [FPA] to arrest and charge the perpetrator. The FSV officers should concentrate on applying FPA and let other partners to deal with IPOs and Permanent Order [PO].

There is lots of money pumped into FSV unit, yet the result is below the standard. The financier should hold their money back until FSV Unit rises their bar above the GBV in Papua New Guinea.

Nation mourning for toture & murder of late Jenelyn Kennedy

Torture and murder of Jenelyn Kenny brought the nation to its knee mourning. A heart-breaking story of a mother of two die in brutal attack. The social media is flooding with pain, angry, irritated and no words can better express how much thousands and thousands of people from all works of life sharing the pain of Jenelyn.

Jenelyn Kennedy was under the brutal attack of the heartless man since they were married 5 years ago. She gave this man - Bohsip Kaiwi two children. Instead of loving and caring for her, she was constantly attack cruelly. She lived hell until the last breath.

The photos illustrate how much painful life she lived under this evil man, but the internal pain and suffering she went is far beyond human explanation.

According to Tamatangi Philip dated 26th June 2020, the post-mortem report by Chief Pathologist Doctor Seth Fose from the Port Moresby general hospital confirmed that the cause of her death is result of head injury and bruises due to blunt force trauma to all over her body.

According to Kalang FM, the key witness in this case will be the babysitter Rachael Ipang.  She reported to Kalang FM that after beating her, Boshsip Kaiwi chained her and locked the room.
In last four days, she was beaten severely. The evil man removed the two kids and the baby sister from the room and tie a musking tape around her mouth, chained her legs and hands to beat her. Albeit her mouth was covered with musking tape, she would scream in the room.

Bohsip threatened the babysitter if she help her, so, she too was in fear of attack from this evil man.

She told the Kalangfm news that the murder told the decease that he is 2nd Lucifer and do not care about her if he wanted to kill her. He can do anything hurt her.

A female doctor was brought in for check-up and treatments. She has treated her with a drip and diagnosis with server dehydration. This doctor fails her professional duty of care by not reporting to police or taking her to the hospital.

The Kaiwi’s family knew about the ordeal she went through in their eyes yet did not nothing to help her. Kaiwi family's action indicates that they did not care about how much she suffered in the hands of this evil man.

Jenelyn's family knew about her suffering yet did not rescue her. Even the babysitter, she also fails to report to police.

Jenelyn suffering was not isolated case, it happened in many people's eyes, yet no one stood tall to help her.

Papua New Guinea demand a though police investigation. Police should also question and if there is sufficient evidence, police should charge people of interest. The people of interest are; Kaiwi's family, Jenelyn family members, Doctor who treated Jenelyn, and babysitter.

RIP...JK

Treasurer lying to the People of Papua New Guinea on IMF Loan

James Marape's government is relaxing COD19 SoE laws to people with money bags. The four Chinese businessmen flew into the country on 22nd June without quarantine to talk with the government officials and flew out on 24th June.

During their short stay, they have engaged with citizen communities, governments official and many leaders.

The government said clearance were given by state SoE controller but COD19 quarantine protocol were broken. Any international passengers coming into the country will go 14 days quarantine, this set law was broken for the love of money bag.

This clearly demonstrate unfairly enforcing the COD19 SoE law Papua New Guineans citizen and general international passengers.

PNC Party leader & former Prime Minister Peter O'Neill said on decency of pandemic emergency, four Chinese nationals landed on Jackson’s International airport and then pass through without established SoE law.

The PNC party facebook wall also reported that government must be transparent in dealing with COD19 SOE laws.

The former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill is concerned about the way government is declaring the positive COD19 cases without any evidence of contact source.

The question is; when the person is positive, where is the lead of source of transmission of the virus.

So, on the bringing in on two Chinese nations without quarantine is not fair fort general international passengers who been have quarantined, who are going through quarantine and future passengers.

Prime Minister must not create confusion among the travelling public and respect the established SOE law his government have set-up.

There is wider accusation of Marape government’s way of handling with the COD19 SOE since day one. Many government members are not happy as how Prime Minister James Marape is administering the COD19 SOE law.

Particularly Governor of East Sepik Hon. Allan Bird spoken openly on the floor parliament recently that Marape’s government has poorly managed the COID19.

He said lots of money spent in Port Moresby but not given to critical Provinces like East & West Sepik, West Provinces (etc). He said it’s unfair when police officers are using SOE law simply to brutalize good citizen of this country who are making an honest living. When you’re kicking the mothers with their garden products, it’s hurting me and I will not allow that to happen in my province, he added.

He said the government must have solid evidence to support their claim. He claims he has the evidence of base on research that Papua New Guinea had already had COD19 without any illness or deaths.

Gold mentalist Debbie Kaore needs Counselling support

Debbie Kaore is not ordinary lady. She’s a gold mentalist and pride of Papua New Guinea.  She has well represented Papua New Guinea on international stage and earned great respect.

She failed her first marriage. With full of disgrace on her face, she stood before another man’s life presenting those broken pieces.  She refreshed herself to be love. With little shame on her face, she brought another man’s children into another man’s house.

Here comes a gentleman, with caring heart. He embraced her with a complete love, say baby; come home. I will mend your break heart and take care you and your children, isn’t that enough to settle her down and protect her marriage, her children, and her own happiness.

She should have said thanks you and build her life and grow her children/family. Why going at the back of Lt Murray O'a doing Tik Tok with another man in explicit sexual lifestyle?

She deliberately throws away the total love and trust Lt Murray O’a gave her. He gave a vow that he will take care of her and the children, yet, displaying herself sexually on Tik Tok, is simply a demonstration of uncared attitude towards a man who stood for her in a bad time.

Mentally, her actions really traumatize Lt Murray O’a and he’s physical outburst is simply an indication of how much he was hurt.

She fails to learn a lesson from the first broken marriage.  If she can’t learn from the share of her darkness, then, she has issues that needs professional's attention. The family members, relatives or friends should  support her seek counselling service so that she stand on her feet.  She needs help and someone should reach out to her.

2022 Political War in Southern Highlands

It was difficult to dethrone the government of Peter O’Neill. The only way to remove him was to look within. So, the fight for leadership position was shifted back to Southern Highlands and Hela Provinces, as a result, they have successfully overthrown the government of Peter O’Neill. The main character who have overthrown former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill is governor of Southern highlands – William Powi and member for Mendi open Michael Nali.

To add more humiliation, government of James Marape forcefully removed PNC party leader and PNC members of parliament to opposition without realizing that PNC gave him number to form the government.

Further acid to PNC sore, the deputy speaker was removed by James Marape’s government and worse add to it was nomination to remove the deputy speaker Jeffery Kopal was seconded by the governor of Southern Highland Province – William Powi. Jeffery & Powi hails from Nipa/Kutubu electorate.

This fight will carry into 2022 general election. It will be between PNC and Pangu.  The governor William Powi has recently been congratulated for joining Pangu Party by senior citizens from Pangia and former member for Ialibu Pangia Mr Pundia Kange and former provincial member Mr Milo Timini.

In 2022, the political fight in Southern highlands and Hela will be between PNC and Pangu. So, who is highly likely to dominate? That question remains yet to be answered.

However, PNC wants to maintain Southern Highlands province as home of PNC. Politically, no other politically parties will play leading role in SHP. Its highly likely PNC will dominate SHP seats.

Kagua/Erave, never vote for PNC but there is highly likely will go for PNC because of the PNC lead government road infrastructure development. Mendi open, highly PNC will endorse a candidate against Michael Nali, that is why Mr Nali is quite and sitting on the fence between Pangu and PNC. Imboungu electorate PNC will send hardcore [name withheld] who will overthrow current MP.

The PNC’s biggest problem in SHP is regional seat. There is no other candidate qualify to undo current governor, only Peter O’Neill, the former Prime Minister has the influence to do that job perfect. That means, Ialibu Pangia seat, PNC candidate endorse candidate will win.

Former Prime Minister is highly likely to contest SHP regional seat and treat Mr Powi and Mr Nali the way they have treated him. Hence, come 2022 PNC will dominate SHP seat.

Debbie Kaore –Tik Tok superstar Violation of marriage Vow

When two individuals -man and woman, agree to come together as husband and wife, their rights are subject to marriage vow [to each other], and their choices of sexual intimacy love is limited to themselves only.

The Tik Tok superstar - Debbie Kaore [picture] is matured adult – a married woman, after breakdown of her first marriage, she ran into Lt Murray Oa’s arm [solider picture] who was willing to take care of her children, children of other man. He gave her children of other man the love and care they need; she directly violated that trust knowingly.

She poorly managed her first marriage. She is known for not looking after her marriage.
So, her actions speak the volume of how explicitly she exposes her physical body sexually and this is direct violation of marriage vow and putting the lives of kids on the street.

Her action – psychologically traumatize her 2nd husband - Lt Murray Oa. From psychological point of view; he was highly traumatized, teared into pieces, drainage, broken trust makes him feels worthless [etc.] and no words can better explain how much he was hurt, even while in police jail.
The manifestation of his physical assault on her demonstrates the degree of how much psychological damage he went through.

Debbie Kaore was unfaithful to her marriage; she did not care about her 2nd husband. She used him as wreck and rub mud over his life.

The damage Lt Murray Oa went through is far worse than Debbie’s injuries. Because of her senseless sexual exposure; Lt Murray Oa physical assault her; he’s arrested, and highly likely to lose his job with PNGDF and state punishment.

The Tik Tok superstar Debbie Kaore's provocation of sexual nude explicitly exposure has brought suffering to her own life and family.

Lt Murray Oa should be dismiss from PNGDF for not disciplining himself, in addition he will suffer psychological damage in his life, so, state should relief him from any state punishment.

Public reacts to government’s intended two months COD19 SOE

Prime Minister James Marape intend to extend two months COD19 SOE. He said that country must not go into complacent mute. We know COD19 is affecting many countries around the global. As a responsible country, we have obligation to stop COD19 in the country.

Prime Minister also acknowledge the GOD, almighty for answering many prayers from the Christians around the countries.

However, the general public want government to response to COD19 base on Papua New Guinea own exercise and not from other countries.  We have eight positive cases so far, but the transmission speaks the volume itself of the infections ability to transmit from one person to other.

What people want the government to do is strategically control the COD19. Not just blanket SOE. Following is what public think government should do:

Controlling bounder areas
These includes international airports, seaports, and land bounder area with Indonesia, and allow the people to resume back to normal life.

The government should send more security force to bounder areas to protect our nation than just blanketing the nation with COD19 SOE.

Stopping unhealthy behavior
The government should address unhealthy social and cultural acceptable behavior. This will help us prepare for possible worse if COD19 spread and affect our people.

John, Port Moresby residence said STOP buai and cooked food selling on markets. Anyone chewing buai in public places must be charge or imprison. Buai social life can also aid the spread of TB and other infections in the country.

Improve health infrastructure
Government should start improving the existing health infrastructure than just delivering sugar coated talks in the media.

In addition, public view that COD19 is not killing people left and right here, but malaria, TB, HIV, lifestyle health conditions are killing our people and it’s a daily struggle for Papua New Guineans. So, why not spend more in these areas.

Governors not with happy with the proposed COD19 SOE

The Papua New Guinea  parliament resume at 2:30 pm on the 2nd June 2020. The main issues dominate the parliament was ion COD19.

Straight after the COD19 chairman presented the report, East Sepik Governor, Eastern Highlands Governor and Madang  Governor express their concerns that albeit Papua New Guinea tested eight positive cases of COD19, transmission from the infected person to close relative are none exist. There is no evidence of COD19 to date.

Governor of Madang Peter Yama said Police have abuse the SOE power by brutalizing our citizens. The people are not our energies. Why police destroying people’s garden products? Just simply tell them to take them  back to their villages instead of destroying or pouring them on the public roads. This unacceptable behavior.

Governor of Eastern Highland Province Peter Numa said he feels qualify to make his statement because one case of COD19 positive case was from Eastern Highlands Province, and top date there is no evidence of transmission. We do not need scientists to explain it. It’s simply as the evidence presents itself of the real situation of COD19.

Sepik Governor Allan Bird said government has announced so much money in Waigaini. His province is not receive any funding support from the national government. Their account indicates only K200,0000.00, this is not enough, that is why, they use their internal revenue to do COD19 work in his province.  He further said he will not vote for the extension of COD19 because the evidence itself speaks the volume.

PNC & Pangu Head-On for Goroka Open Seat By-Election

The Rt Honorable Prime Minister James Marape openly said that Pangu will not endorse official Pangu candidate to recent Menyamya by-election, in respect to the former Member.

While Peter O'Neill endorsed a  wining official candidate Mr. Benjamin Philip.

If he’s own son can contest under Hon. Sam Basil’s party banner. How on earth the Prime Minister gave such  respect to come down low.

For any government to survive, and to prepare for 2022 general election, Prime Minister secretly endorse a candidate to keep his government floating on the water.

Yet PNC send former Member of Parliament Mr Benjamin Philip and he’s victory has uplift the drowning political life of PNC party in Papua New Guinea. After winning this seat the PNC party leaders and supporters feel that rural people still favorite PNC party because the party’s popular people centered policies.

Goroka open seat by-election a testing time for PNC & Pangu
Prime Minister James Marape-Pangu Party & former Prime Minister Peter O'Neill - PNC Party openly announce that they will endorse a candidate each. Other parties will also endorse a candidate of their choices to build-up numerical strength which will prepare them for 2022 nation general election.

While the party leader and former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill is lockdown in Australia due to COD19, the deputy party leader Richard
Maru formally officiate the announcement of ousted Goroka MP Henry Ame, which was witnessed by highly respected political icons of Eastern Highlands Province like Hon. Allan Benny [Ungai-Bena], Robert Atiyafa [Henganofi] at his Kefamo village outsider Goroka town. Honorable Member for Lupa open seat openly was in tears when former Prime Minister was overthrown on the floor of parliament in May 2019. These are the guys who will strongly campaign to restore the lost pride of PNC party. No other parties will have that kind of support from the political icons of Eastern Highlands Province.

Peter O’Neill is not a newcomer to Goroka town, all the street kids knows him during schools’ days and then to running South Super business days.  There is strong support for PNC and highly likely for PNC to easily walk to the finishing line.

PNC party name is written on impact projects in the heart of Goroka town and these projects will be the speak for Mr Ame’s campaign. Hon. Allan Benny is well respected and longest serving member of Parliament and his support will open many doors for Ame to reclaim his seat.

Why Mr Ame chose the PNC party?  Political logic is that albeit PNC is not in power he can reclaim his seat under PNC easily with the support of big political guns of Eastern Highlands Province.

On other hand, Pangu will endorse a candidate and it’s going to be biggest challenge. Pangu has little political trademark in Eastern Highlands Province political seats, and Prime Minister James Marape is a kid in Goroka town, so, it’s going to be challenging for Pangu to come home over PNC party. If it does, surely, Pangu policies, its performance in last one years is speaking the volume and 2022 will be big time ahead.

In Papua New Guinea political history, any candidates endorsed by sitting Prime Minister always gets the upper hands and runs to the finishing line, and hopefully this trend carry’s on to Goroka by-election come June.

Many rural people are saying Prime Minister James Marape is sweet talker base on no solid policies. They said we’re fade up of sugar-coated political grandstanding.

One person on the street said, “he a photocopy leader, he copied Peter O’Neill’s style of leadership. He has little influences, and no wider political and business network, it’s all superficial, so I will not vote for Pangu party candidate”.

Whichever party especially PNC & Pangu wins the Goroka seat will go into 2022 national general election with lots of confidence while the loser with uncertainty.

However, Goroka seat is know for many candidates lining up so the smartest one will win the seat but PNC is a horse top come home.

Menyamya by-election Restore Peoples National Congress’s Political Lifeline

By election in Menyamya open seat have restored the pride, integrity and reputation of the People’s National Congress [PNC] party. The People’s National Congress, a party highly tagged with corruption in Papua New Guinea, pushed hard down into the drain by James Marape, who was a senior cabinet Minister and man behind all government deals.  Many people thought PNC would not comeback to life but Menyamya restore the political lifeline. [image Peter O'Neill, PNC Party leader & former Prime Minister of PNG & Member for Ialibu Pangia].

The People’s National Congress [PNC] was people’s choice government in 2017 general election.  The party’s platform was base on free education and health care. The PNC lead government put millions of kids in the classroom and basic free health care service to many people, albeit the health service was not of that standard.

Bryan Kramer member for Madang open seat, use facebook platform to influence the hundreds of thousands of facebook Users, who are the Voters of national leaders [politicians] overthrow PNC lead government in May 2019, and install Pangu lead government.

The current Prime Minister James Marape was senior cabinet Minister during PNC lead government for full eight years and he was the center of what exactly went wrong or right in the government. So, he capitalized Kramer’s facebook influence and break the PNC government and become Prime Minister.

Menyamya brings PNC back to political lifeline
Many politician analyses and many voters view PNC was death and will be wiped out in 2022 general election.  However, this is now proven wrong when people of Menyamya voted backed PNC endorsed party candidates.

base on PNC party’s policies which are people centered policies, especially free education and health care.

The by election was a touch one said Benjamin Philip but because of the PNC party’s policy platform, the Voter demonstrate their confidence in the party’s strong standard on the policy which has proven while in government.

The Voters were not blind. They have seen the fall of PNC party yet in their wisdom they view PNC party has the best policies that can support them and their children. This is hard decision because they know that the member elect will be in opposition.

Pangu Party is gone in Morobe
The party leader, Prim Minister James Marape’s decision not to endorse a candidate is a slap on Pangu die-hard supporters in Morobe. The Pangu Party did not endorse a candidate merely demonstrate fading of Pangu in Morobe 2020 and 2022.

How can a sitting government withdraw his political interest in a hometown where the party he leads is most loved by her people, this is total let down?

2022, Pangu will not come back to life in Morobe. The Morobe people are burying the party until the true son and daughter of Morobe rise then they will revive to its glory.

Why did not Pangu endorse a candidate? Simply in respect! This is total lie and Morobians knows Pangu is going the drain now.

Sam Basil have slapped Morobians in their face when he joins Peter O’Neill to form the new government in 2017 and James Marape fail them in Menyamya by election.

In 2022 general election, Morobe will not come together as a people to support Pangu party but they will vote on their individuals’ choice.

The by election was conducted after the sitting Member of Parliament died
