Prime Minister James Marape facing Vote of No Confidence Challenge Come November 2020
The Papua New Guinea Parliament sits on calendar month November, each year to pass the National Budget. The November sitting is also the last sitting of any given year, thus the Leader of Business suspend the Parliament and propose for following year sitting.
Social media is swamped with possible Vote of No Confidence against Prime Minister James Marape. Few notable is from Opposition Leader Belden Namah who is positive about the Vote of No Confidence. From reliable source within the opposition camp said “all is well”, we’re set for the day”.
While Honorable Minister for Police post on his facebook in a detail article about the likely scenario with little room for opposition.
According to Honorable Police Minister, Vote of No Confidence is unlikely to happen during November sitting due to following reasons:
• Prime Minister James Marape was elected on May 2019 and his grace period expires on 30th November 2020, which means the Parliament will sit from 10-24th November 2020 which is within the grace period. Also the November sitting will be locked down for 2021 National Budget and Parliament will not entertain Vote of No Confidence.
• The Opposition Leader’s Court against on the legality of Prime Minister James’ election, which he said would be in favor of government and likely decision will be early next year, 2021.
• Opposition is highly unlikely to secure the require number to block the National Budget which government is confidence of maintaining its number pass through the budgets passage.
He further said there won’t be any Vote of No Confidence come November 2020.
However, the opposition camp is confident of moving the Vote of No Confidence against Prime Minister. Why, there is so much fire in the opposition camp.
Following scenario is likely to occur during November sitting of the Parliament. The Opposition camp is likely to secure magic number 56. If that game plan works well for the opposition, during the first day sitting of the Parliament, they will suspend the Parliament Standing Order.
Once the Parliament Standing Order is suspended, Speaker will ask for the nomination of new Prime Minister.
Honorable Minister for Police deliberately omitted this option that is available to the members of Opposition, which he thinks that opposition is incapable of securing magic 56.
The field is leveled, albeit, the government has upper hand. The country will wittiness who will be the political tycoon, in other words, a smartest politican in Papua New Guinea politics come November 2020.

FSV Unit [Police] should rise above GBV by enforcing family protection laws
To address GBV effective, the government have established an FSV Unit [image F#1] through the office of Police commissioner, purposely to enforce GBV laws.
According to source, FSV Unit officers are not applying FPA, instead they are using Interim Protection Order [IPO] or Permanent Order [PO].
The source said the FSV Unit is operating soft approach. The example of soft approach is when the victim of violence reports the matter to FSV unit; the Officers say this is family issues so go back home and solve it, or ask them to pay compensation, or the victim of violent go back to her husbands or wives and they persuade each other to select the issues at their homes. As a result it weaken the purpose of FPA -Laws. Or in many instance, police lacks logistic support to do their jobs, such excuse is a chronic problem face by police man and women across PNG.

Gold mentalist Debbie Kaore needs Counselling support
Debbie Kaore is not ordinary
lady. She’s a gold mentalist and pride of Papua New Guinea. She has well represented Papua New Guinea on
international stage and earned great respect.
She deliberately throws away the total love and trust Lt Murray O’a gave her. He gave a vow that he
will take care of her and the children, yet, displaying herself sexually on Tik
Tok, is simply a demonstration of uncared attitude towards a man who stood for her
in a bad time. Monday, 8 June 2020

Debbie Kaore –Tik Tok superstar Violation of marriage Vow
When two individuals -man and woman,
agree to come together as husband and wife, their rights are subject to marriage
vow [to each other], and their choices of sexual intimacy love is limited to
themselves only.
So, her actions speak the volume of how
explicitly she exposes her physical body sexually and this is direct violation of marriage vow and putting the lives of kids on the street.
Her action – psychologically traumatize
her 2nd husband - Lt Murray Oa. From psychological point of view; he
was highly traumatized, teared into pieces, drainage, broken trust makes him feels
worthless [etc.] and no words ca
Debbie Kaore was unfaithful to her marriage;
she did not care about her 2nd husband. She used him as wreck and
rub mud over his life.

Public reacts to government’s intended two months COD19 SOE
Governors not with happy with the proposed COD19 SOE

Straight after the COD19 chairman presented the report, East Sepik Governor, Eastern Highlands Governor and Madang Governor express their concerns that albeit Papua New Guinea tested eight positive cases of COD19, transmission from the infected person to close relative are none exist. There is no evidence of COD19 to date.
Governor of Madang Peter Yama said Police have abuse the SOE
power by brutalizing our citizens. The people are not our energies. Why police
destroying people’s garden products? Just simply tell them to take them back to their villages instead of destroying or pouring them on the public roads. This
unacceptable behavior.
Governor of Eastern Highland Province Peter Numa said he
feels qualify to make his statement because one case of COD19 positive case was from Eastern
Highlands Province, and top date there is no evidence of transmission. We do
not need scientists to explain it. It’s simply as the evidence presents itself of the
real situation of COD19.Thursday, 21 May 2020
